Rohit Chadda worked closely with the CAIT leadership and various affiliate organisations to understand their needs and problems with regards to retail payments. Rohit Chadda‘s fin-tech company PayLo and CAIT jointly launched Pay-Lala, an omni-channel payment acceptance and reconciliation solution to allow SMBs to accept various digital payment methods like cards, e-wallets, net-banking as well cash reconciliation which helps traders solve their long standing problems of reconciliation. Additionally, it not only helps them collect customer data which they were not doing till now but also helps them identify various customer touch-points and enables them to push offers to them accordingly.
